Ethical Commerce & Agency Disclosure (Wakalat bi al-Ujrah)
Our business operates on the Shariah-compliant agency model (Wakalat al-Shira). When purchasing from our store, you engage us as your proxy agent (Wakil) to negotiate, source, handle quality verification, and coordinate logistics for your item.
Fixed Agency Fee (Ujrah) Schedule:
To maintain complete operational transparency and eliminate contractual ambiguity (Gharar), our fixed service fees are structured transparently as follows:
- Tier 1 (Base Cost under ₹1,000): Fixed Agency Fee (Ujrah) of ₹150.00 per order.
- Tier 2 (Base Cost ₹1,000 to ₹2,500): Fixed Agency Fee (Ujrah) of ₹290.00 per order.
- Tier 3 (Base Cost above ₹2,500): Fixed Agency Fee (Ujrah) of ₹450.00 per order.
All retail prices displayed on product pages clearly reflect the direct manufacturer/shipping costs, payment gateway transaction fees, and our applicable fixed agency fee (Ujrah).
Our Role as Your Sourcing Agent:
Apex Health & Home operates strictly as an independent procurement and logistics service provider. By placing an order, you appoint us as your authorized agent (Wakeel) to source, quality-check, and arrange direct delivery of the product from our manufacturing partners on your behalf. Our pricing includes wholesale product cost, express shipping, and our agreed service fee (Ujrah) for managing the fulfillment process.
